Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have the skills to manage National Retailers and Distributors without a broker, but also know how to setup and leverage brokers to drive both velocity at existing accounts and aggressively win new accounts. 

  • Highly motivated to drive growth at the Series A stage
  • Senior Director skill-level with a roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial mentality
  • Strong analytical/Excel skills with a strong grasp of the data, finance and marketing sides of business
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Experience in the Pasta category, or Grocery generally, a plus
  • Experience in both Retail and Foodservice sales also a plus
  • Experience in managing National accounts
  • Experience leading a field sales team
