The minimum annual salary for this position is $110,000 and the maximum is $120,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of New York City will differ. Additionally, you will be eligible for a discretionary performance based annual cash bonus and to participate in our company's equity program, plus our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Email & SMS Campaign Management
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring timely delivery, segmentation accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Optimize email flows, including welcome sequences, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Develop and own A/B testing to refine subject lines, creative assets, and timing strategies.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on email and SMS performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create dashboards and regular reporting for cross-functional teams to illustrate campaign impact and trends.
- Leverage data to create targeted customer segments and enhance personalization strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to inform future initiatives.
Platform Operations & Collaboration
- Manage and maintain email and SMS marketing platforms, ensuring seamless integrations with CRM and e-commerce tools.
- Create and implement email pop-ups, banners, and other customer acquisition features on the website.
- Work with third-party vendors to troubleshoot platform issues or deploy new features.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects that improve customer experience and optimize digital touchpoints.
The Ideal Candidate Has
- Experience in High-Growth Startups: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling organization and adapt to evolving needs.
- Retention Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing retention and engagement tools.
- Experience with email capture for acquisition growth
- Email Best Practices Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry standards for email and SMS, including deliverability, segmentation, and compliance.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify actionable insights.
- Collaborative Approach: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns, with a strong preference for experience in Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with top SMS platforms such as Attentive, Postscript, or similar tools.
- Experience managing email platform operations, and handling CMS adjustments.
- Strong understanding of email design principles, deliverability best practices, and compliance regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills and obsessively detail oriented.
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC and subscription business is a plus.
