We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Facilities Recruiter to join our team, who is passionate about people and energized by the opportunity to hire 30+ hourly positions at our manufacturing facilities. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various facilities management positions on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a solid understanding of facilities and manufacturing industries. You will work side by side with our Facilities Recruiting Manager and the Head of Talent Acquisition to rapidly fill our manufacturing hourly positions and provide support to the needs of ByHeart hiring managers.

Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions (if not already provided)
- Post all positions on the company website, utilizing the company ATS, Greenhouse
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process, within company ATS, Greenhouse
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
- Work with Facilities Recruiting Manager to extend offers, complete paperwork and appropriately hand-over new hire for onboarding
- Research and develop improved hiring tools, for the facilities positions
- Develop thorough understanding of our company values, compensation and benefits packages, key distinctions and story to be able to adequately represent us
- Support ad hoc requests as needed
- Prepare, send, and file employee paperwork
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years recruiting experience within a facilities management or related sector.
- Experience hiring non-exempt roles within a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience creating a strong, established recruiting brand
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, specifically Greenhouse
- Experience with ATS, Greenhouse preferred.
- A passion for hiring and onboarding new team members at a fast-growing start-up
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in a high-growth environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
- A positive and engaging attitude, and strong sense of ethics and integrity
The hourly pay range is from $35 - $45/hr.
